About This Blog
In general, this blog is about the home aquarium. To be more specific, it will focus more on aquascaping, planted tanks and freshwater faunas. If you’re drawn to these topics, then this blog is for you.
The plan is for me to set up a new aquarium quarterly and post an update for each tank every four weeks. It will give you an idea of how I design, install, maintain and reset each tank.
I can’t be right all the time, so I hope you can give me feedback by asking questions on my blog posts or simply send me an email. In this hobby (as well as everything in life), we are constantly learning.
Who I Am
My name is Rezdwan Hamid but you can call me Wan. I’m just a guy who used to be in the aquarium hobby and recently got back to it when I bought a small tank for my daughter.
I’m learning a lot more about it now as compared to last time when the flow of information wasn’t this readily available. Now we have forums dedicated to the hobby, videos on YouTube and social networks to share it all.
The more I learn, the more I want to experience this hobby. And the more experience I get, the more I want to share it online. I hope it will encourage you to start your own aquarium. Are you up to the challenge?
